BPMN process designer
Model events, tasks, gateways, subprocesses, lanes and sequence flows on a visual canvas.
1-PROCESS is ALIBORA's one-stop platform for turning BPMN diagrams into operational business applications. Model the process, deploy it, execute human and system tasks, monitor every instance and continuously improve the way your organization works.
ONE PLATFORM · THREE WORKSPACES
1-PROCESS separates modeling, daily work and technical administration into focused applications while keeping them connected through one process platform.
Model business logic visually
Give business analysts and technical teams a visual environment for building executable BPMN processes, forms, decisions and reusable process assets.
Turn process definitions into daily work
Give employees a single place to start processes, receive assignments, complete forms, collaborate and follow work from request to outcome.
Operate the process platform
Give administrators and support teams visibility into deployments, definitions, running instances, tasks, jobs, incidents, variables and platform health.
Model business logic visually
Give business analysts and technical teams a visual environment for building executable BPMN processes, forms, decisions and reusable process assets.
Model events, tasks, gateways, subprocesses, lanes and sequence flows on a visual canvas.
Attach structured start and task forms to the points where people need to provide or review information.
Separate business decisions from process routing so rules can evolve without redrawing every workflow.
Standardize recurring subprocesses, service interactions and organization-specific patterns.
Define process data, conditions and expressions used to route and execute work.
Configure service tasks and integration points for APIs, applications and automated actions.
Keep process models organized through controlled versions before deployment.
Package approved process models and make them available to the execution environment.
Turn process definitions into daily work
Give employees a single place to start processes, receive assignments, complete forms, collaborate and follow work from request to outcome.
See assigned, candidate, open and completed tasks with the context needed to act.
Launch permitted business processes directly from the workspace.
Complete structured forms and choose modeled outcomes such as approve, reject or request changes.
Route human work to users, groups or candidate pools according to process rules.
Surface due dates, priorities and timing so teams can act before work becomes late.
Keep participants, task context and process information together instead of distributing them across email threads.
Search and filter process instances and tasks to understand what is in progress and what needs attention.
Give users and managers a practical view of workload, throughput and process status.
Operate the process platform
Give administrators and support teams visibility into deployments, definitions, running instances, tasks, jobs, incidents, variables and platform health.
Inspect deployed applications and process definitions across the runtime environment.
Drill into active and completed instances to understand where each execution is.
Inspect runtime tasks, owners, candidates and process relationships.
Find failed or waiting technical work and support operational recovery.
Inspect process data and technical context when troubleshooting an instance.
Administer who can access, execute and manage process capabilities.
Preserve traceability of runtime and administrative actions for controlled environments.
Track service health and the operational condition of the process environment.
WHAT IS BPMN?
BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is a standard graphical notation for business processes. It lets business teams and technical teams describe the same workflow using events, activities, decisions, participants and flows, while remaining precise enough to drive executable process automation.
Business teams can read the diagram. Technical teams can connect it to executable behavior. Operations teams can monitor the result.
Something starts, happens or ends (for example a request received, a timer reached or a process completed).
Human or automated activities that must be performed as part of the process.
Decision and synchronization points that determine which path the process should follow.
The controlled path connecting one process element to the next.
Show which organization, department, role or system is responsible for each part of the work.
Break complex operations into reusable and understandable process blocks.
FROM DIAGRAM TO EXECUTION
A start form creates the process instance and captures the request data.
A user task is automatically assigned to the requester's manager.
The process routes according to amount, policy and the manager's outcome.
Finance receives a task only when its validation is required.
A service task can call an API, create a record or trigger another application.
The process completes with its decisions, timestamps and execution history preserved.
EXECUTION CAPABILITIES
1-PROCESS is designed for long-running enterprise workflows where people, rules, systems and deadlines all participate in the same process.
Assignments, groups, candidate users, forms, outcomes and approvals.
Invoke application services and APIs as part of the process.
Exclusive, parallel and conditional routing for complex business logic.
Model deadlines, delays, escalation windows and scheduled continuation.
Coordinate processes with external events and other business systems.
Compose large processes from reusable and independently understandable blocks.
Carry business data and execution context from one activity to another.
Keep a traceable execution history for operational analysis and compliance.
CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
The value of process automation is not just launching a workflow once. 1-PROCESS creates a feedback loop between the people who design processes, the people who execute them and the teams responsible for runtime reliability.
1-PROCESS VS FLOWABLE ENTERPRISE
1-PROCESS follows the familiar Design / Work / Administration separation used by Flowable Enterprise. Flowable's current 2026.1 administration application is Flowable Hub, which supersedes Flowable Control; 1-PROCESS keeps the simpler Admin naming for the operational workspace.
