ALIBORA · COOKIES & TRACKERS
Cookie policy
Which trackers may be used, why, on what basis and how you retain control over optional categories.
Manage my preferences
Strictly necessary storage remains active. Optional categories must only be enabled after your choice.
What is a cookie or tracker?
A cookie is a small piece of information stored on your device by a website or third-party service. Similar technologies, local storage, pixels, SDK identifiers or other read/write mechanisms, may serve comparable purposes and are treated as trackers where required by law.
Categories used or potentially used
Strictly necessary
Core operation, security, abuse prevention, technical balancing and storage of your preferences. They are not used for behavioural advertising.
Audience analytics
Understand site usage, pages viewed and performance. These trackers require consent unless a narrow legal exemption applies.
Personalisation
Remember choices or adapt the experience beyond what is strictly necessary. Consent where required.
Marketing / third party
Advertising measurement, profiling or third-party features capable of following users across services. These trackers must only load after consent where used.
Current application-side register
The site's preference manager uses browser local storage to remember your choice. This entry is not used to follow your browsing across other websites.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| alibora_cookie_consent_v1 | Local Storage | Remember acceptance/rejection of optional categories. | Maximum 180 days, then the choice is renewed. |
Consent and legal basis
- Operations strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user may be exempt from consent under applicable law.
- Audience-measurement cookies may, in narrowly defined configurations, qualify for an exemption; the conditions must be verified before activation.
- Advertising, advanced personalisation and most non-essential third-party trackers require prior consent where they read or write information on the device.
- Withdrawal of consent must be as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
How to change or remove your choices
You can change optional categories using the preference manager at the top of this page. You can also delete site data in your browser settings. Removing local storage resets your choice and a new decision may be requested.
Third-party services and transfers
When a third-party feature is added, for example video, mapping, analytics, chat or social media, it must be assessed before deployment to identify trackers, recipients, retention and any international transfers. If consent is required, the third-party component must not load before consent.
Updates to this policy
This policy is reviewed when the technical configuration, providers or tracking purposes change. The date shown at the top indicates the current version.
